Processing of personal data

We process your personal data primarily in order to be able to fulfill our obligations to you in the best possible way. Our starting point is to not process more personal data than is required for each purpose, and we always strive to use the least sensitive data possible.

Your personal data is needed in order for us to provide you with good service, information and follow-up on purchases. We may also need your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Cost of shipping

A free shipping option is available on all orders with a product value of over 25 €.

Delivery time and shipping method

Letters

Shipments are sent as a letter by a local shipping agent. The delivery method depends on the recipient's address.

Dispatch

Letter orders that are shipped with your local shipping agent and are received before 08:00 on weekdays are dispatched the same day.

Delivery

Delivery time 3-6 weekdays depending on post location.

Force majeure

Healthwell does not accept responsibility for longer delivery times in the event of, for example, operational errors, strikes, Force Majeure, or delays in the distribution network and other unpredictable events over which Healthwell has no control.

Notification

Order confirmation

After completing the purchase, the customer receives an order confirmation via e-mail. The customer is responsible for checking that the address information and the content of the order are correct. If the customer has not received order confirmation within 30 minutes of completing the purchase, the customer is asked to contact Healthwell.

Advance shipment notice

The customer receives an advance shipping notice via e-mail once the order has been dispatched. When delivering letters, the serial shipping container code is not trackable but is only a receipt that the distributor has received the shipment.

Payment method

Klarna invoice

The customer automatically receives an invoice for their purchase. The invoice is sent by e-mail and can also be paid via My Klarna. The customer can also choose to pay the invoice in installments (interest and processing fee will be added). All invoicing is carried out by Klarna AB, see general terms and conditions.

Customer security

Return policy and right of withdrawal

As a customer, you are always entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you received the item, or in the case of partial deliveries for the same order, as soon as you have received the last item in the order.

Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,
  • Contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded,
  • Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery,
  • Contracts for the delivery of goods if they were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature,
  • Contracts for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence,
  • Contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery,
  • Contracts for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

If possible, we ask you to return the goods in their original packaging and in their original condition, however this is not required. If possible, we also ask you to include a copy of the delivery or invoice where you can specify which items you have returned to us by writing or marking the invoice accordingly. This is also not required.

The customer pays the cost of return shipping. If a return product does not arrive in its original condition due to the customer handling the product to a greater extent than may be considered necessary to determine its properties or function, Healthwell is entitled to make a price deduction corresponding to the resulting depreciation in the product’s value. This is deducted from the sum refunded to the customer.

If goods that are not covered by the right of withdrawal are returned to Healthwell and the customer wishes to have the product sent back to them, the customer will be charged 19 € for this. If the customer does not get in touch regarding a new dispatch within 30 days, the right to the product that is discarded is forfeited. Returns may not be sent as Cash on Delivery. If the goods have not arrived at Healthwell 14 days after notification of withdrawal, the customer is deemed to have accepted the purchase. If you choose to return one or more products from a promotional purchase in which a complementary product was included in the purchase, the free product must also be returned in its unopened/original condition. If you choose to keep the free product, we will send out an invoice equivalent to the product's value.

Refunds to customers

Refunds are made via Klarna using the same payment method that the customer used at the time of purchase.

Complaints

Complaints must be made within a reasonable amount of time from the point in time at which the damage or defects are discovered. If the outer packaging is damaged, a complaint must be made when the order is picked up. Returns may not be sent as Cash on Delivery. The customer must contact Healthwell before making a complaint (customer service can be contacted at info@healthwell.com). Complaints are handled by customer service at the office at Mätarvägen 6A, Kungsängen. In the event of an approved complaint, Healthwell is responsible for shipping and return shipping. If the complaint is not approved, the customer will be charged € 19 for shipping back to the customer. In accordance with the law, the right to complain expires 3 years after the customer has received the product or after the expiration date has passed.

Term and conditions

General

All prices are stated including VAT. 12% VAT on food and food supplements, 6% VAT on books and 25% on other goods. To shop at Healthwell, the customer must be of legal age or have approval of a parent/guardian to order. This is not checked by Healthwell, but the responsibility for this being met lies with the customer and guardian. The customer is always responsible for the information provided in connection with the order being correct. All product images should be considered illustrations and Healthwell can not guarantee that they can be reproduced exactly in terms of appearance and condition.

Responsibility when using dietary supplements

Dietary supplements are not sold for the purpose of having any medicinal effect, healing and curing injuries and illness, or to replace medication or a normal healthy diet. If you are unsure, consult a doctor before use.

In case of suspicion of crime

We reserve the right to cancel your order in case of suspicion of crime or intent to commit a crime, without notifying you. Crimes that are perceived as harming Healthwell will be reported to the police.

Cookies

This website contains so-called cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer and that contains information. More information about cookies can be found in our cookie policy.

Purchases

When registering a completed order, the customer has read through and accepted the above conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. The customer is responsible for updating themselves on the current terms.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute between a customer and Healthwell, this shall be decided in accordance with Swedish law in a Swedish court, unless another agreement is made between the parties.
