Dosage and storage

With QURE Liposomal C Pure you get 50 servings (250 ml), of which you measure out 5-10 ml daily. For faster absorption, you can put the liquid under the tongue and hold for 30 seconds and then swallow, or you can swallow immediately. You can also mix the liquid in a glass with water or juice as a daily supplement to ensure your intake of vitamin C. It is important that an opened package of QURE Liposomal C Pure is stored refrigerated, and should be consumed within 2 months.
