This smoothie with beetroot and ginger is ridiculously easy to make and full of goodness. Perfect to mix together for breakfast or snacks!

Ingredients (1 portion)
150 ml frozen strawberries
Half a banana
50 ml coconut cream
50 ml coconut milk or your choice of milk
1 inch ginger
0.5 tablespoon beetroot powder

Proceed as follows:

Mix everything to a smooth consistency and enjoy at once.
