The following terms and conditions apply to all orders at our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can neither be mainly attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in their commercial or independent professional activity.
The purchase agreement is concluded with Svenskt Kosttillskott AB.
By placing the products in the online shop, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. Initially, you can place our products in the shopping basket without commitment, and edit your entries at any time by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process before submitting your binding order. The contract is concluded by you clicking the order button to accept the offer for the goods in the shopping basket. Immediately after submitting your order, you will again receive confirmation via email.

We save the contract text and send you the order details and our general terms and conditions in text format. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible on the internet.
Shipping costs may apply in addition to the stated product prices. You can find more detailed provisions on any shipping costs incurred in the offers.
We only deliver by mail. Unfortunately, collection of the products by the customer is not possible.
We do not deliver to packing stations.

Klarna PayNow credit card
When placing your order you enter your credit card details. After your legitimation as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction is automatically carried out and your card is charged immediately after the goods have been dispatched.
Klarna PayNow direct debit

After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process. The payment transaction is carried out by Sofort immediately after your confirmation and your account is debited.
Purchase on account via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.com), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer purchase on account as a payment method. Please note that Klarna purchase on account is only available to consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna in each case. When buying on account with Klarna you always receive the goods first and you always have a payment period of 14 days. The full terms and conditions for purchase on account can be found here.
Financing via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.com), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer hire purchase as a payment method. Please note that Klarna hire purchase is only available for consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna.
With Klarna's financing service, you can flexibly pay for your purchase in monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least € 6.95). The goods remain our property until full payment.
The statutory right to liability for defects applies. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their precise conditions can be found alongside the product and on special information pages at the online shop.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, which you can find here. Consumers have the opportunity to use this platform for settling their disputes. In order to settle disputes arising from a contractual relationship with a consumer or in regards to whether such a contractual relationship even exists, we are obliged to participate in dispute settlement procedures before a consumer arbitration board. For this, Universalschlichtungsstelle des Bundes am Zentrum für Schlichtung e.V. (General Conciliation Board at the Center for Conciliation), Straßburger Strasse 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, is responsible www.universalschlichtungstelle.de. We will take part in a dispute settlement procedure before this board.
We process your personal data primarily in order to best fulfil our obligations to you. Our starting point is to never process more personal data than what is required for each purpose, and we always strive to use the least integrity-sensitive data possible.
Your personal data is needed in order for us to be able to provide you with good service, information, and purchase follow-up. We may also need your personal data to comply with current laws and regulations.
Shipping is free on all orders with a product value of more than 25 €.
A 3 € shipping cost is added to orders under 25 € and will be displayed upon checkout.
Shipments sent as letters with local shipping agent. Method of delivery depends on the address of the recipient.
Orders shipped by letter with your local shipping agent received before 4 pm on working days are shipped the same day.
Delivery time 3–4 working days depending on the city.
Healthwell reserves the right for deliveries to be delayed in case of, for example, operational failures, strikes, Force Majeure, or delays in the distribution network, and other unpredictable events over which Healthwell has no control.
Upon completed purchase, the customer will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The customer is responsible for verifying that address details and order contents are correct. If the customer has not received order confirmation within 30 minutes after completed purchase, the customer is asked to contact Healthwell.
The customer will receive a pre-notification by e-mail once the order is sent. In case of delivery by letter, the shipping code is not traceable but is merely an acknowledgment that the distributor has received the shipment.
As a customer, you are always entitled, by law, to a 14-day right of withdrawal from receiving the product or, in case of partial deliveries for the same order, from when you receive the last product of the order. However, for health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal only applies if the seal on the package has not been broken when returning underwear, socks, foods, dietary supplements, beauty products, containers intended for food, and similar products. Neither does the right of withdrawal apply to products marked with a best-before-date in the near future or with an expired date.
The products should be returned, if possible, in their original packaging and in unaltered condition. A copy of the packing bill or invoice shall be enclosed, where the customer marks which products are being returned. The customer pays for any return shipping costs. If the product is returned in altered condition, due to the customer handling the products to a greater extent than what can be considered necessary in order to determine its properties or function, Healthwell has the right to make a price deduction for the decrease in value caused by said handling, which will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.
If products not covered by the right of withdrawal are returned to Healthwell and the customer wants the product to be sent back to him or her, the customer will be charged SEK 99. If the customer does not notify of his or her wish to have the product sent back within 30 days, the right to the product is forfeited and the product will be discarded. Returns must not be made against cash or collect on delivery. If the products have not arrived at Healthwell 14 days after the notice of withdrawal, the customer will be considered to have accepted the purchase. If the customer chooses to return one or more promotion products, where a free product came with the purchase, the free product must be returned as well, in unopened/original condition. If the customer chooses to keep the free product, we will bill the customer for the value of said product.
Refunds are made from Klarna using the same payment method that was used by the customer when making the purchase.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from the time when the damage or fault was discovered. If the outer packaging is damaged, complaints must be made when the package is claimed. Returns must not be made against cash or collect on delivery. The customer must contact Healthwell before returning a product due to complaint (customer service can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org). Complaints are processed by Customer Service at the office on Mätarvägen 6A, Kungsängen. If the complaint is approved, Healthwell will pay for shipping and return shipping. If the complaint is not approved, the customer will be charged SEK 99 for shipping the product back to the customer. By law, the right of complaint ceases 3 years after the customer has received the product or after the expiry date has passed.
If you are not satisfied with our handling, please contact the EU Commission for dispute settlement.
All prices are inclusive of VAT. 12% VAT on foods and dietary supplements, 6% VAT on books, and 25% VAT on other products. To shop from Healthwell, the customer must be of legal age or have parent approval to order. This check is not made by Healthwell. Responsibility for ensuring that this requirement is met lies with the customer and legal guardian. The customer is always responsible for ensuring that the information provided in connection with ordering is correct. All product images should be seen as illustrations and Healthwell cannot guarantee their exact reproduction in terms of appearance and nature.
Dietary supplements are not sold for the purpose of having any medical effect, healing injuries and diseases, or replacing pharmaceuticals or a normal, healthy diet. Consult a physician prior to use if you are unsure.
We reserve the right to cancel your order in case of suspicion of crime or intent to commit crime, without notifying you. Crimes perceived to harm Healthwell will be reported to the police.
When registering the completed order, the customer has reviewed and accepted the above terms. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. The customer is responsible for keeping up-to-date on applicable terms.
In the event of a dispute between the customer and Healthwell, the dispute shall be settled in accordance with Swedish law in a Swedish court, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
