Do you have a physical store?

Answer: In order to offer the best possible prices, all sales currently take place online.

Can I order products from you if I am under 18 years old?

Answer: To shop with us, you must be of legal age or have the consent of a parent or guardian to order. This check is not carried out by us, but the responsibility for this being met lies with you and the guardian.

Is there a maximum or minimum amount I can spend?

Answer: No, there is no maximum or minimum amount you have to spend when shopping with us. However, if you purchase for 25 EUR or more, we offer free shipping.

How do I exercise my right of return, and what terms apply?

Answer: If you wish to make use of your right of return, contact customer service no later than 14 days after receiving your order and inform them that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and send the goods back to us. If possible, the goods must be returned in their original packaging as well as in unchanged condition in order to receive a full refund. Right of return does not apply to products marked with a best before date or expiration date. For health and hygiene reasons, if you return underwear, socks, food, supplements, beauty products, containers intended for consumption and similar products these must be returned with the seal still intact for the right of withdrawal to apply.

What do I do if I want to exchange my products?

Answer: The right of exchange only applies to clothes, but not for those marked with a defect. Contact customer service to inform us that you wish to exchange a product and of what you wish to exchange it for. You can then send the item back to us and as soon as we receive your return, we will send the new item to you free of charge. The items must be returned in their original packaging, as well as in original condition.

After I have ordered, how many days will it take for you to dispatch the order?

Answer: If your order arrives before 4 pm, we will dispatch your order on the same day

How long will it take before I receive my delivery?

Answer: Normal delivery time is 3-5 business days.

Do you have a free shipping minimum?

Answer: The free shipping minimum is EUR 25.>

What should I do if I have lost my invoice?

: If you have lost your invoice, contact customer service so they can send a new invoice to your email address.

What should I do if I have forgotten my account password?

Answer: If you can’t remember your password or have problems logging in to My Account, you can send an email to customer service and request a new password, and they will send out a new one.
