A tasty cup of rosehip soup is both warming and healthy. Rosehip soup from the supermarket doesn’t have all the nutrients that rosehips contain and also contains lots of sugar. Instead, cook your own nutritious variant with rosehip powder.
3 tbsp rosehip powder
300 + 50 ml water
0.75 tbsp potato flour
2 tbsp honey
Proceed as follows:
1. Mix the rosehip powder with 300 ml of water in a saucepan.
2. Bring to the boil while stirring.
3. Mix the potato flour with 50 ml water and stir into the soup.
4. Bring everything to the boil again and stir in the honey.
Serve the soup cold or hot as an invigorating snack or when you need extra energy.
