Make Your Own Aroma Infused Honey

Aroma infused honey is easy to make and great to have, for example, in tea, drizzled over the yoghurt or in pastries. Try out different essential oils to find your favourite to mix with honey.

Ingredients
about 50 g of liquid honey
15-20 drops of essential oil, for example PURE Orange Oil ECO

Proceed as follows:

Mix honey and essential oil in a jar and stir well. Taste. Enjoy!
Store the honey in a cool, dark place for the longest shelf life.
