Oils come in many varieties and can be used in many different ways. They can both be eaten as they are as a useful supplement or added to various dishes to provide both nutrition and flavour. For example, try adding a few drops of bitter black cumin oil or cold-pressed flaxseed oil to your salad, or perhaps a mild and nutty hemp seed oil?
The immensely popular coconut oil is a great match for smoothies, homemade muesli, coffee and for use in baking. Coconut oil is particularly flexible as it can withstand high temperatures and is therefore suitable for frying in the place of oil or butter. Also try out our MCT oil, which is rich in the beneficial fatty acid caprylic acid. MCT oil provides fast energy and is therefore an excellent choice if you want some extra energy for a workout.
