Smoothie as a meal replacement

Meal replacement smoothie (MRP) in accordance with EU guidelines.

A glass of smoothie topped with blueberries and chia seeds.

MRP/Mean Machine

about 400-500 ml or 1 serving

Ingredients
250 ml oat drink
100 ml frozen blueberries (50g)
1/2 banana (50g)
1 scoop of hemp protein (30g)
1 tbsp/1 scoop spirulina (approx. 8g)
1 tbsp chia seeds (approx. 5g)
1 tbsp/1 scoop acai powder (approx. 4g)
2 tbsps goji berries (15g)

Proceed as follows:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until everything is mixed. Pour into a glass and enjoy your smoothie!
