What are superfoods?

Superfoods are natural raw ingredients that have extra nutritious content. This includes, for example, superfoods such as algae and greens, superfruits and superberries such as mulberries, rose hip, blueberries and acai, as well as aloe vera and nutritious seeds such as chia seeds. Here you will find superfoods in dried form and in powder. What all superfoods have in common is that they contain particularly high nutritional values in one or more nutrients, which makes them unique. Blueberries, for example, have a high content of anthocyanins, a type of antioxidant that gives them the strong blue colour. Algae are rich in both chlorophyll, amino acids and healthy fatty acids and rose hip has an unusually high vitamin C content. Nature's own pantry of superfoods also tastes good and adds a wonderful taste to your smoothies, breakfast or snack. Superfoods are often raw and organic, which means that the nutrients are preserved through the manufacturing process.
