Supplement with B vitamins
Super Vitamin B Complex is a high-dose supplement with all the important B vitamins. For our wellbeing and for the body to function optimally, we need to get all the different B vitamins. The body is not able to produce the vitamins itself, and we therefore need to add them through our diet. B vitamins promotes the metabolism of fat, carbohydrates, and protein, among other things. They also contribute to the production of red blood cells and to normal function of the nervous system. These vitamins are found mainly in animal foods, such as meat, fish, and dairy products. Therefore, vegans, or those who don’t eat much animal food, often suffer from a lack of certain B vitamins. With Super Vitamin B Complex, you can ensure your intake of all the essential B vitamins.

Super Vitamin B Complex contains all eight essential B vitamins. Vitamin B12, folic acid, and vitamin B6 are the three most important.
Vitamin B12 is also called cobalamin and is needed for cell metabolism as well as for the formation of blood cells.
Vitamin B6, also referred to as pyridoxine, promotes protein metabolism and is also important for nerve function.
Folic acid is important for metabolism as well as for the formation of red blood cells. A lack of folic acid may cause anaemia. Folic acid is also recommended for pregnant women, for the foetus to develop normally during pregnancy.
Vitamin B1, also called thiamine, is used for the metabolism of carbohydrates and protein.
Vitamin B2, or riboflavin, helps with the breakdown of fat, carbohydrates, and protein.
Niacin also provides support in metabolism of fat, carbohydrates, and protein.
Pantothenic acid, which used to be called vitamin B5, is used in the metabolism of carbohydrates and fat.
Biotin is a vitamin B that the body needs for fatty acid metabolism.
Vitamin B deficiency
B vitamins are found in many of our foods, and for those who are healthy and eat a varied diet, vitamin B deficiency is quite rare. But it may occur in older people, with lesser appetite or difficulties chewing, or in people who don’t eat a varied diet, such as vegans or people suffering from food allergies. The absorption of vitamins can also be affected in people who have had stomach surgery or who have autoimmune diseases. Symptoms of vitamin B deficiency may include fatigue, poor appetite, skin problems, and anaemia.
